Best Places To Buy A House In Broward County To Avoid Sea Level Rise

While much of Broward County is not more than 10 feet above sea level, there are some locations with slightly higher elevations. According to Climatechange.org, these areas can stay dry with up to 10 feet of sea level rise;

Broadview Park

️Coconut Creek

️Coral Springs (Northeast)

️Deerfield Beach (Inland)

️Hillsboro Pines

️Parkland (East)

This does not mean these locations have zero risk of flooding due to excessive rainfall or drainage issues, but they may not be prone to flooding solely in the event of significant sea level rise.
